Iris spuria

The cultivars of the Iris spuria can reach heights of 150 cm and are therefore very suitable for background planting and as benchmark perennials. The flowers are reminiscent of orchids, which stand out impressively from the elegant, lanceolate leaves. They love heavy and nutrient-rich soil in full sun. Their flowering period begins around the middle of the tall bearded iris season.
