The beardless Siberian or meadow iris (Iris sibirica) reaches heights of 40 cm to 120 cm and is particularly impressive in larger eyries that are already established. Its flowering period extends from May to July. In terms of water supply, it is slightly more demanding than the bearded iris. The English name is Siberian Iris and is abbreviated to SIB.
